The US patent office. They are becoming more retarded every year. A girl got a patent on a specific way to "swing the swing." US patents are just like worthless papers that pave the way to sue the crap out of each other.
In the end, AAPL wont win and neither will SM. only the lawyers.

That is a nice step in the right direction. I would like to see more practical
productivity apps on the iOS platform, but even for on the go conceptual work, this is still pretty much useless for my studio. Needs precision and the touch interface is not the answer. Bring a pen/stylus or similar device to the mix and then we'll talk.

How do I get the cool weather widgets like that?
New to Apple Computers! On my first one now and wanna do a little bit of customizing it! I just bought it Saturday!
He did it with an app called geektool. It takes a little know how to do, but there are plenty of dummy proof guides on youtube.
I used to use geektool until I got a few Kernal panics and I noticed my mac taking a performance hit from it. Be careful when your messing with system tweaks!

Mine was 10MB ... and people told me I was wasting money since a second floppy drive (5 1/4) would be more than enough (one to boot the OS, one for the data).

I think we should try to keep the software listed here just to what�s flat-out free. Perhaps if someone wants, we can start a second thread to the tune of ��Not Exactly Free, But Worth It!� Software.� As a general rule, any software with a trial period isn�t free, so we should probably keep it out of this thread in order to keep with the thread�s theme. there is a shipping Blu-Ray Drive from Sony right now (in reality, it's in the Vaio, the retail version, while out in SKU, ships the 1st week of August), which has a standard 5.25 form-factor and is below $1000.
Apple COULD make use of that if Sony ships in quantity, and to other manufacturers early on...

Great condition hinges, would make a good replacement for worn out or broken hinges. Happened to replace my display bezel and it came with new hinges so I have an extra pair to get rid of. Pictures on request.

You're probably using a 5-GHz 802.11n network, which usually has a shorter range than a 2.4 GHz 802.11g network.
